Pricing Notes
Land Price
Land Price covers your ground program: hotels listed in the itinerary, scholar or guide fees, site entries noted on the proposal, ground transport between cities, and meals where we state they are included. It does not include international flights from your home city.
With Air
With Air adds round trip economy flights from major U.S. gateways we contract for each departure window, plus known fuel and tax estimates at publish time. Final ticket rules and baggage allowances follow the carrier contract on your invoice.
- A deposit of $500 per person secures a provisional hold once we confirm availability.
- All published figures are per person based on double occupancy. Single supplement and triple reduction appear on your customized quote.
- Rates are subject to exchange movement, fuel surcharges, and partner fee changes until deposit and contract dates are fixed in writing.
